SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Professor Marcos received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria in 1989; his M.Sc. in Computer Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), Brazil, in 1992; and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam, in 2000. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the Federal Unversity of Santa Maria..
