Graduated in Economics at Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de São Paulo and earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D in Electronic Systems at the Escola Politécnica USP. Currently, he is director of IBP and professor at INSPER, Escola Paulista de Direito and FIT.
